We provide a full complement of dedicated Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants who are the backbone of our skilled nursing care.  Our dedicated team of Doctors, Nurses, Nursing Assistants, Registered Dietitians, Social Workers, and Therapists meet to create a care plan geared toward each resident’s unique needs. Our team’s care plan is multi-faceted to meet each individual’s physical, spiritual, and psycho-social needs.

Our Skilled Nursing Facility provides compassionate care and rehabilitation services for residents with physical or cognitive disabilities who require additional nursing care and assistance with their Activities of Daily Living. Whether it’s our exceptional short-term rehab programs for residents recuperating from joint replacement, heart attack, stroke; or chronic illness which require specialized medical care and quality of life programs for our long-term residents – we are here to help.

Our Long Term Skilled Nursing units specialize in geriatric care and are designed with private and semi-private rooms. Residents enjoy an outdoor garden - which is a perfect, tranquil place to relax or meditate - as well as three spa areas, a large day area, and a dining room featuring individualized meal service. On our main floor, we have a beautiful chapel where Mass is held daily. On Fridays we have a Rabbi who visits, and many other spiritual ministers visit regularly to offer spiritual care to our residents.

Our auditorium holds many different events and programs for residents, from bingo to musical functions. For more cognitively aware residents, we also offer a Main Floor dining room that has restaurant-like service.
